All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express) from Las Vegas, NV.

Tracking information is provided with every shipment. Please be sure to check all email correspondence from us so that you don't miss important information about your packages' expected arrival dates or any possible delays.
Normal delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days.
Please note: Delivery time may vary based upon your location and shipping method chosen at check out. There is also a chance of delivery time increasing due to USPS postal delays, Holiday schedules and other unforeseen circumstances.
We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations at any time for any reason.
Shop credit will be provided for lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) sent upon review and approval.

Shop Credit will be given upon review and approval for any item(s) that are incorrect, defective or not as described and for any item(s) that were damaged in transit.
Please note: Amount of credit will not exceed the price paid for each item that has been reviewed and approved for shop credit.
Taxes and shipping are non-refundable.
All items are inspected thoroughly, cleaned, and inspected again prior to shipping. Please note: We curate modern to vintage items in new and used conditions. Please understand that there is a potential for items to have some flaws or wear, which will be noted in the description. Please be sure to review descriptions, photos and measurements prior to purchasing. (Photos a part of the description).
If we do, however, make a mistake with sending a product that has undisclosed flaws that are beyond reasonable wear and tear or if the item is not as described, or if your package is missing contents we will do our best to make it right. These items will be eligible to receive a store credit upon review and approval.
Customers must send photos of items and packaging to info@ladybennett18.com within 3 days of delivery (as confirmed by USPS tracking details) to request shop credit. Claims made after the timeframe listed above will not be eligible for shop credit.
***Please be sure to take lots of pictures in good lighting so that we can make a claim with USPS to cover damages and/or missing item(s). If item(s) are difficult to see or are in poor lighting, then we will reach out to the customer via email and ask for additional photos. If a response is not received within 24 hours, the claim will no longer be eligible for store credit.
Please note: It can take 3-4 business days for photos to be reviewed and for a determination to be made, however please allow up to 2 weeks. If the request is approved, shop credit will be issued within 24 hours.

Gift Certificates & Discount Codes can only be used once per customer per transaction prior to the expiration date listed on the email or physical gift certificate.
Electronic discount codes will be emailed out periodically to all who have signed up for our mailing list. Please be sure that you have signed up!
Physical coupons will be mailed out periodically with orders.
E-Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to the email of your choice. Gift cards NEVER expire.

We will have monthly giveaways for all customers who make a purchase for the month. 1 raffle ticket per each item purchased within the month.
Raffle tickets will be placed in a container and picked at random. All raffle winners will be announced on our website and an email will go out to the winner.
